Online and Phone Orders

Mail Order
We do not accept personal checks and money orders for online orders. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
Direct Billing Accounts
We do offer direct-billing accounts for selected customers outside of Colorado. If you're interested in filling out a credit application, please call us and ask to speak to a customer care representative. Processing your credit application may take up to 2 weeks.
Sales Tax
Eco-Products may be required to charge applicable sales taxes. To qualify for an exemption, please click on “New Tax Exempt Customer” in the cart upon checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
International Duties and Taxes
On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
